Not whinging as the charging station is free / no charge for using.But need another charging station or stations on the Southern HighlandsThe current station only allows for single use, you can never get a charge as the station is constantly in use, which is a concern if you are low on charge and need to get somewhere in a hurry.There are no alternatives on the Southern Highlands if you don’t own a Tesla

I thought these chargers were not for commercial use???? Great to have a charger in this location but 3 more would be great! When I arrived, travelling from the blue mountains, there was a black Tesla charging. The driver got out and I asked him if he was using plugshare to alert people to know the charger was in use and he said he didn't know about plugshare. I then noticed a Tesla lanyard around his neck.

Usually pretty busy and normally only one car at a time. CHAdeMO and CCS2, and the CHAdeMO is rarely in use. CCS2 there is usually a queue. Issue is no way of telling if it will be busy or not as there is no consistent app for this.

Came in tonight on 19% and lo and behold the charger was not working, it goes to show the NRMA should definitely be having more than one charge module at each charging destination.To top it off, while I was there 4 other evs came past to see that the charger wasn’t working, it just goes to show that there is not enough infrastructure on the NRMA network to support the current am now out of electric vehicles in Australia.

Great that NRMA is putting these chargers in. Free charging up to 80% which is a good idea. Had in issue during the charge and the charger was reporting an error. Rang the number on the charger and was talked through resetting the charger which fixed the issue . On the way back from Sydney there was a white model 3 charging so didn’t stop. Would be great if you could see if the charger is in use on a phone app?

It's great that NRMA has installed chargers around NSW, including at this spot. However, my suggestion is that it would be great if they set up clearly accessible real time info on the NRMA App (or partner with another organisation such as Chargefox or Evie to use that app) where drivers can look up in advance to see definitely if a charger is available, in use or temporarily out of service. Plugshare is a thing, yes, I know, but the info on there re availability can be a bit hit/miss. Yes, agree that another charger on site would be good. First World problems I know !
