I called very late on Sunday the 24th of April to assist my elderly motherI spoke to the lovely girl - JessI explained that my mother was out of chicken for her dog and she doesn’t drive and doesn’t have anyone to help her(In fact a family member that would normally help my mother is in isolation)Jess was so niceShe said she would call her boss then call me backShe did say that Matt was doing a last delivery soonAfter 10 minutes & I did not hear anything back I called backI gave her the order number and she said she couldn’t reach her bossI asked where she lived and she said Leopold and she kindly offered to deliver so I gave her the addressI called my mother and she said she received an earful from the owner and the owner said there is only click and collect and they open at 8am tomorrowThe owner also told my mother that she was heavily pregnant, I don’t know how this was even relevant, it’s called customer service and the owner wasn’t delivering my mother’s orderThe owner then said that Jess got confused and after my mother apologised…..for what exactly - wanting to spend money in a local businessSam O’Neill!!! said that Matt will deliver her order soon - not hard to find the ABN and owner nameMy mother doesn’t drive okHow about think outside the box for a changeI am disabled and have discovered issues myself with delivery drivers and how businesses outsource deliveryI know Whittington and Newcomb have a big population of aged people, how about offer delivery to themMy mother doesn’t have a mobile phoneI live in Abbotsford in Melbourne and I organised this for herShe is too proud to accept help sometimesI will be calling Jess tomorrow to thank her again and I hope she is praised for her awesome customer service skillsThanks

Delicious products, so easy to cook with easy to follow instructions. Such a large range of chicken products to tempt ones taste buds! The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I am very impressed well done Sam and staff.

I absolutely love shopping at lenards, the whole range of their products is superb, you can buy just about anything from fresh chicken to ready made meals, should try the bacon sweet corn and chicken pot pie with pastry on top.
