I bought some special cd tins for my Cat. Thinking He was just sick and wouldn't eat the cans I gave them to my 2 othercats. I returned 20 cans out of 24, and I was so surprised they refunded me for the whole amount. My cat is now happy back on his sachets. Thank you, Pet Barn.

Went in to join the puppy school and the ladies were very helpful. Once the classes had started they were very helpful in training your puppy and the trainer was very knowledgeable and passionate about making sure we had no problems or any questions regarding training our puppies. She was always on hand with advice and was always friendly and supportive. Highly recommend Petbarn Puppy School for your fur babies.

I finally saved enough for a set of Wahl Max 50 Dog Clippers only to find once opened and checking out how to put combs on, it had been used, dog fur on comb, in case on blades and on comb and the blade base had wear marks ... so disappointing when I have always had great service there.Can't believe they would do this.

Petbarn is my dog's and my favourite place to shop.Staff are always friendly, caring, accommodating, and so very knowledgeable. They love animals and they take the time to make sure you and your pet are well looked after. They also always carry her large bag of kibble to the car boot for me.Thanks for your wonderful customer service.

I went to pet barn on Sunday to get a couple of chews for my puppy who was arriving later that day. The gentleman in there omg was so nice and very helpful I had no idea what I was buying and he helped me even gave me a puppy pack bag with goodies and discounts. My only go to pet shop from now on.
