Great fun. Kids and wife got the tricycles, and i had the fat wheel bike. Loved it, and so did the rest of the family. Super friendly service. If you're thinking about doing it. It's worth it.

The scooters were ok but a very very poor service. A refund of the bond 2 weeks later. Not to do. Twice more expensive than an other place.

Absolute killer time! Went with my family and one of us had a bad breaks to start with (no accidents) but we took it back to the guys running the place that night and they were so helpful. Swapped out a for new bike and we kept going! Best time and super chill!

Do not get the PHAT bikes, we went in September of 2022 they were great so much fun, came back in February 2023 they have lowered the speed limit instead of being 25km it was lowered to 10km for $200 it wasn’t fun at all.staff were friendly and extremely nice about the whole experience.

recently had the pleasure of renting a scooter from Rent & ride scooter hire and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff members Tay and Vincent were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived to pick up the petrol scooter until the moment I returned it.The process of renting the scooter was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable with the scooter before I hit the road. They provided me with some great recommendations on where to go and what to see.The scooter itself was in excellent condition and ran smoothly throughout my rental period. I was able to explore the city with ease and had a fantastic time doing so.Overall, I would highly recommend Rent & ride scooter hire to anyone looking to explore the city in a fun and convenient way. The staff members Tay and Vincent were a pleasure to deal with and really made my rental experience a memorable one. I would definitely give them a five-star rating and will be returning to Rent & ride scooter hire for my next adventure in the city.

It was so fun I just wish I was a bit older to ride your other great items but I was so great full for what I did today and I recommend you try it

100% best customer service ever! Patty was such a gentleman & was able to give us another half an hour after finding out that our sister was getting married! Would recommend and return again when down at the Gold Coast!

Great customer service, professional and would highly recommend to others. Had so much fun on the scooters and the friendly staff were exceptional with helping out with any queries we had. Service was prompt and much better compared to Fun For Rent a few doors down. Thank you once again for a wonderful time :)

Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience, owner very rude and abusive, had to return my e trike after battery kept running out but they refused to give us extra time. Dodgy business practices................................................In reply to your response: Haha nice try but no, definitely was your place, next door to the barber...took below photo to make sure it was the right place. It would be good if your promise of customer satisfaction actually matched your actions. Based on many other reviews it seems I'm not the only one to have this experience at your shop unfortunately.

Great different way to sight see the Gold Coast! The family loved every second that they were on the e-trikes.Great customer service at this place
