Woolworths Boronia Junction
Out and about today and decided to shop at Woolworths in Boronia, service was the worst experience of my life, upon checking out we were service by a young male who appeared to have lost the will to live, didn’t speak to us or greet us, stood there until I asked him to pack it in bags, packed bread at the bottom of the bag, stuffed blackberries sideways next to hard items and my hot cross buns are flat!, but worst the incredible slow pace, the sour look on his face, spent most of the time just staring at my kids not serving, and only packed half, likely he was finishing at 6 so no one else has to be served by this young manIf you could call it thatDo the world a favour and put him in the back!He is not built for customer service !!

They open one 'express' checkout then put the slowest staff member on there to try and force people to use the self service. I was in the queue for nearly 10mins and had to leave items in the basket and left otherwise I would have missed the bus.

Now female shoppers are criminals because we leave our handbags in the trolley whilst we pay for goods. So not only do you not fill shelves, your selection is shocking, overcharge and have a poor selection, we now criminalise shoppers because the trolley isn't empty because it has a handbag in it requiring the attendant to check it out. Thank you for confirming where not to shop.

Woolworths Boronia Junction
Went to Woolworths as I was in the area running errands. It was fast to get parking as I use a pram and there's always vacant spaces for mums with prams. The only thing I was distracted with is the display of products as it's not my usual store. It was familiar when you walk in like most Woolworths, where they have the bakery and fruit and veg section. Then you have to locate the other aisles which are close to other stores setups but not quite. Overall fast shop, self serve checkout was fast and no hassles with the cashier machine. I noticed that Woolies self serve checkout is much easier to use than Coles.

Woolworths Boronia Junction
I just want to thank the awesome lady that helped me at Woolworths this evening. In my hectic after work rush I didn’t check my order until later and realised quite a few things were missing. I headed back, fully expecting to be treated as though I was just trying to pull a swifty, but instead I was so well looked after by this lady. Sure enough, my two missing bags were there and the young boy bought them to me and offers to take them to my car.This lovely lady then apologised and gave me a box of chocolate to say sorry. I tried to say that wasn’t necessary, but she insisted and said it was done. This lady has worked there for a very long time and deals with some very tricky customers. I’ve always only ever seen the nicest demeanour and equal service given to every single customer.Thank you so much. Being on a tight budget…had I not been believed we’d have had to go without. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. ☺️

Good but disappointed ☹️ problem was I bought a $6 salad and it only had 1 tomato in it and there is no fork! Included I know coles has more tomatoes in there salads then just 1 and they include a fork! Rip off I won’t be buying from here again. Especially if you want to eat lunch on the train you can’t even eat it because there is no fork!

Woolworths Boronia Junction
Just did a quick shop for a few things at 10:15am on a Monday. Pleasant & helpful staff with smiles for everyone is great to see. What isn't too great is a mostly empty flavoured milk display, and a lot of space on bakery shelves when there is an in-store bakery! One would hope to see shelves packed with freshly baked goods ar this time of the day. Very strange.
