Paddington Reservoir Gardens

Beautiful gardens. I couldn't find a rest room which was inconvenient but a beautiful hidden gem nonetheless.

Wow, what a stunning garden! Definitely one of the most unique and well designed places in the city. It’s a relatively small space, but it manages to feel very spacious with several different sections below and above street level. It’s a historic site, both for its place as an important reservoir, but also as a former church, school, and then hotel. The signage describing the development of the site (on street level) shouldn’t be missed.It’s wheelchair accessible (there’s an elevator on the west side) and would be a great place to come alone or with a group. The design feels part Roman, part Moorish, part Italian, and part contemporary.Only rec would be to have some benches, although there were about 5 or 6 movable metal chairs.Highly recommend a visit for both tourists and locals!

Very beautiful area, highly recommend to check out real fast if you're in the area, not very large but it's a great little hidden spot in the city.

Absolutely gorgeous place, though there were areas that were cordoned off. Lots of couples getting their wedding shots done, there were 3-4 of them when we were there. Street parking close to the area, about up to 5mins walk.

it’s a nice little park for a picnic, but do the come here expecting something big or very interesting

The place is tiny, some of the corners is pretty but not many. Close to CBD. Anyway, It's still a nice place but dont expect too much.

Nice little green space for a rest with good signage and beautiful brick work.Aside from a picnic and looking around, it won't keep you occupied for too long.(There's a geocache here, if you're into that sort of thing!)

Just a small, relatively cute area with a small water pool. Unfortunately residential houses are built almost on top of it so the whole place looks packed.

Gorgeous little space of serenity in Paddington. Very small, but great to have a sit down for a little break to draw or read a book whilst watching people take endless photos. There's a lift for accessibility too.
