THE WORST! DO NOT GO HERE! Dr Febbo DOES NOT LISTEN very quick to diagnose you with ADHD without listening to anything else you're saying or how you are feeling, turns out I have PTSD & Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Cost me $500 for an hour that was a complete waste of time, I was having a mental breakdown and wanted to talk to the nurse and she wouldn't ring me back and still hasnt given me my prescription. They basically just want your Money and have no actual consideration for your health. I am now under Mirrabooka Health who are amazing, I recommend you go there instead.

Dont bother. My doctor and i have been trying to make contact for a week and only get an answering machine. No common decency or respect with this practice. I would give them negative stars but to make a comment i have to give them one.

I was referred to Dr Febbo and have been calling ever since to get an appointment. I have left 3 voice messages and not had a response. I finally got through to a female who was quite abrupt, telling me the cost of the first visit would be $950.00 and that $233.00 can be claimed back from Medicare. Not that I asked for that information. It was like she was trying to put me off?Then she said, have you sent through your referral? Like I knew that's what they wanted. By this stage my back was up a bit. So I said where should I send it? So given the email address I promptly sent it through. That was 01/04/2022. I phoned again yesterday to follow up and you guessed it, a recording that doesn't allow you to leave a message.Now that I have read all of these reviews, I will ask my Dr to refer me to someone else!!

I spent years avoiding getting help and was honestly anxious to do so. I finally decided I need to get treated and saw Dr. Febbo. He was understanding, compassionate and professional. I urge others like me to take the step

Great doctor, my only critique is how hard it is to get ahold of someone at reception. Often times won't ring at all, goes to voicemail and no one calls you back. If you are lucky to get through to someone, you are on hold for a really long time. It makes it rather difficult to make appointments, follow ups or ask any questions you may have. It has gotten to a point where I am considering going some where else because they are just too busy.

I have been a patient of Dr Febbo's for many years. He is a caring & understanding doctor & most importantly his treatment works. I am a new person thanks to Dr Febbo.His wife Katherine is equally lovely. She manages to get all the information she needs from me in a relaxed format. I feel I can be 100% open and honest when talking to Katherine without fear of judgement.

Dr febbo and Dr Webster are great, but this is genuinely the WORST service I have ever experienced. Nobody wants to sort the mistake that was made with my appointment and I have made attempt after attempt after attempt to contact via email and phone but nobody ever answers or returns msgs

A pleasure to deal with.Dr. Febbo (and the receptionist) are attentive, friendly and helpful.I'd highly recommend this practise.

Feel extremely lucky to have found dr febbo. I have been well looked after, closely monitored and I feel genuinely cared for. He really has been vigilant with my treatment. The reception is also great. When I leave a message my call is always swiftly returned and the waiting list works well. Really happy.

Absolute unprofessional! Started out good with Dr Febbo (still think he is a good Dr..) but as soon the nurse is stressed out to much, she will let out everything on you. Telling me things that where not true and tried to make me feel bad for it. Also acted very childish after I tried to just have a normal conversation and indicating that I am the one with the issues and not her. I've lost a close friend and she did not even care about that.. I will never go back there. She made my condition worse and the expensive medication worthless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to try them out. I would go back if the nurse is gone but this will never happen since she is the wife of Dr Febbo.
