I can’t say a negative word about Sydney Exotic Aquarium & a specially the owner Ted. Walked into the arncliffe location without any idea of what I would need to get set up on my first tank ever. The time getting to understand what’s best for your budget was flawless & never about the money. Ted gives his true advise to what is suitable & where to say money & better spend it. You are completely in safe hands regardless of what your budget is! Ted’s doors are open whole heartedly to swing by and talk fish or just hang out & say hi whilst he makes you a coffee. It’s like entering his home that’s just how hospitable Teds arncliffe location has been for me. Service is second to none. If he hasn’t got something work with him & he will deliver what you need. Above & beyond this man goes to put smiles on peoples faces. Ted would stop me from buying something because he listens to what your wants are & always has something that he knows you would be over the moon that you waited. Sydney Exotic Aquariums in Rockdale Plaza is an amazing place. The fish selection is stunning and the customer service is outstanding. A must-visit for any aquarium lover!
