I have never had such wonderful customer service in a first world country he has gone above and beyond and even worked past closing time, without pay I imagine. My sales representative Luis was amazing and very helpful made sure he gave me all the information I needed and to get exactly what I was looking for. The team at Ringwood Mercedes are amazing and we’re with me every step of the way. Karli made sure everything for my car was ready and completed when it came time to delivery of my car. Disappointing Experience with a Car Dealership: Broken Promises and Rude BehaviorI recently had a highly disappointing encounter with a car dealership that left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. Despite our initial offer being rejected, the dealership reached out to negotiate a price slightly above our budget. We agreed and promptly made plans to visit the dealership within a few hours to finalize the deal. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the car had been sold just ten minutes prior. To add insult to injury, the dealership displayed rude behavior throughout the interaction. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with their professionalism and customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to approach this dealership with caution.
