Paul at Zen Promotional was extremely helpful, making the process of refining the patch designs I wanted simple, quick and easy. Never having done this before, his excellent instructions and requests for additional information made the process simplicity itself.The final patches were delivered on time and look amazing. This is the second time we have used Zen to make patches for our sports club. There are 2 simple reasons why we went back - excellent service and an excellent product at a great price.Due to a more complex design this time, Paul recommended the satin stitch cloth patches, and this proved to be spot on, with the results being quite amazing with just how much detail is visible in the patches made.We will definitely use Zen again and strongly recommend them to anyone else. This is a very belated review. Paul and Zen promotional were exceptionally helpful, proficient and accommodated all our individual requests (including reworking the artwork and sending our products directly overseas where we needed them). The products (stubby holders) were of high quality and are still in use. We ordered the product 3 years ago in 2016.

The patches were exactly what I was looking for. Colour selections were excellent and the graphics were spot on. The end result a very professional looking product. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process from design through to production and went out of his way to get it right. If you are looking for a shoulder patch then I highly recommend Zen.
