Carinya Windows

I have been thinking about replacing windows and doors to double glazed, but a friend just got a quote of $28,500 and was told $2700 of that was for wastage because she wanted Textured Night Sky ( but was told a few days before the new 20% glass price increase that Sable Black is actually not the equivalent of Night Sky as that only comes in the smooth finish). So she is just going to get reverse cycle aircon and not throw her money in the bin. She had been so in love with Carinya windows and doors ( which is how I heard of them) and is devastated. The first quote was $24,300 using Sable Bass. She changed 3 double hung windows to sliding doors ( same width, height changed from 1800mm to 2070mm) and colour to Sable Black and was charged an extra $4150. Who has $2700 to throw in the bin because they want black instead of grey?
