It was a long wait (cost a star, otherwise I'd have given the product 5 stars) for the Whanau Plus arrival at our door however, it was worth it!We had our first tryout today, and all agreed the food was spot on. Meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, and veges delicious!Cody, and Kiwi Cookers has come up with a winning product line in my opinion. I was skeptical as to whether or not it would deliver 'hangi' tasting food, but it did!Awesome eats for those of us who are far from home. Go on, take the plunge and give it a go!

Received absolutely amazing service from Cody from point of contact. Easy as to deal with, supplied & informed me of all the information I needed to know to hire a hangi cooker & how to use it for best results.Hangi/kiwi cooker was simple to use and cooked our hangi to perfection. The food was delicious and had that authentic ground hangi taste (even better). We were also lucky enough to be given a steam pudding by Cody, to put in our hangi, it was definitely a winner & reminded us of my Nan's.I totally recommend Cody & their Kiwi/hangi cookers, will definitely be using them for all future whānau/family events. My partner purchased the Iwi cooker from Kiwi cookers. Man what a beauty. This thing is easy to use and the food comes out perfect everytime. LOVE IT

Unhappy with our commercial cooker purchase last year. It took longer than expected to cook the first time and subsequent attempts resulted in uneven cooking with the middle packs being raw despite being in several hours longer than instructions state. Owner refused to take it back despite following instructions. Disappointed and unsatisfied. Not recommended for hangi enthusiasts.

Pretty appalled with the commercial cooker. First attempt over 9 hours to cook when it states it should take about 5. Owner sent me extra ring burner. Thought it was fine until I started getting feedback that half were burnt and half were raw.I've used the multikai (another brand) and have had amazing hāngī but this kiwi cooker it's just not reliable at all.Contacted the owner and as much as he tried to help there were just always problems. Finally asked for a refund after trying several times and he said he basically said it's my fault for not using it properly and that I'm changing my mind.I'm absolutely gutted i run a hāngī business and paid several thousands of dollars for scrap metal.

I purchased the whanau cookers on line, a couple of days before my husbands birthday. We had a little supply issue, which would mean the cooker would not be ready in time for the big day. but with Cody’s quick thinking and patience he come up with a solution and we picked up the cooker on the day with a couple of hours to spare, so a big thanks to Cody and his team, you made a good day a great day. The food that came out fantastic.I highly recommend kiwi cookers for their service , communication and quality of goods.Sina

Ordered a 3 basket with extension and they only sent a two basket no extension or 3rd basket. Took days for them to get back to me to only say there too busy with orders and can't give a time when they can send what I'm missing. Stick with multi kai cooker.

I bought the Iwi cooker from kiwi cookers for my business and it was honestly the best investment. I also have the Pati Keg cooker which I started off with for my small business and that worked for me amazing too. Love all their products I recieve including the seasonings and manuka wood chips ! I Always make sure Im stocked haha. Thankyou so much kiwi cookers team and amazing service from Cody ! We needed assistance with the iwi cooker and he came around 2 hrs total drive from where he was to help us which was amazing ontop of what we already recieved. If your hesistating I would say save the time and get it ! You wont regret itSuper happy customer
