Rogers Pools

Our restricted yard access made the thought of an inground concrete swimming pool a bit optimistic so we considered fiberglass, container, plunge and above ground pools. None of which would look as good as the pool we ended up with.We sought out local pool builders and were told it couldn't be done or at least the Ipswich based pool builder that visited the site was not interested in building us a pool. Too difficult they said.In comes Rogers Pools and nothing is too much trouble. Ricki provided advice and guidance as to the best shape and design of our pool and she and Dean went to work. The quote was within our budget, and once we approved it the build started quickly.As small issues arose we resolved them all easily. They also were great in making all the peripherals look great. Things such as where to put filter and sanitiser so to not look out of place and the concealment of the pipe work.If you can't see how a pool can fit in your yard and how anyone could possibly build one, leave it to Rogers Pools. Rogers Pools are brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend them. After our house builder left us literally high and dry with an unfinished pool shell, and after four other pool comapnies would not even give us a quote, Ricki-Lee and Dean from Rogers Pools came in and reassured us they could take care of things. They gave us a fair quote and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was truly excellent, the best of any trade I have engaged (and that's a lot recently). The pool was finished promptly and if there were ever delays with other trades, they kept us informed at all times.I highly recommend this high quality and trustworthy family business.

Rogers Pools are amazing! We are so happy with our new pool, and grateful for all the amazing work by Dean, Ricki and the whole team. The communication, professionalism, and quality of work was top notch. Our job was a little tricky due to the space the pool was to go in, and Rogers helped us find the solutions. They recommended a landscape designer (Tim from Greenform Landscapes), and then worked closely with him to develop a design that would work for our space. The construction process was very smooth, and the finished product is phenomenal! We had a problem with one of the products supplied for our pool, and Dean helped us sort it out even though it wasn't Rogers' fault at all. We couldn't be happier. Our experience with Rogers had been excellent. Ricki created the most amazing design for our front yard pool and considered options we hadn’t even thought of. She then handed over to Dean for the construction phase. We were kept informed throughout. Changes and tweaks were no problem and we were consulted throughout. We are very happy with the result. We absolutely love our Rogers pool! The end result is stunning and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect pool. Dean and Ricki-Lee and the team are consummate professionals and answered all our questions. We had extremely limited access to our backyard and the side of our house but nothing was too difficult for Rogers.
