Had Indigo Pool Care supply & install an Enviroswim Fresh Water Sanitising System to our 5 year old pool. (Was fed up with the original system overdosing with chlorine and the need to manually monitor what was supposed to be automatic".)Alan & Indigo came recommended by an acquaintance who had also changed to an Enviroswim system.From our first contact Alan was up front with all aspects of the system

Firstly, say one thing and do another comes to mind and secondly want to turn up when it suits them despite already having an expectation in place.Tell us one thing about an issue and then turns out to be a bigger issue and bill even though wasn’t our bill! Told it’s covered under the last bit of work then we see the whole item replaced and a bigger bill not good at all!Try getting hold of them when you have an issue and hold someone accountable forget it they will put you in the dark.....and unable to reach them by phone! Disappointing to say the least!!
