I contacted Ben from Ben’s Bees after a terrible experience with another company who failed to remove the European Wasps from our wall cavity(after telling me they were honeybees which they weren’t!). I explained our situation to Ben who was SO helpful in explaining what should have been done and what we should do next. He came out to us on a Sunday and fixed our problem completely. He was so lovely, providing outstanding customer service and leaving us with a delicious jar of honey! Would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you, Ben!

I am a massive supporter in buying and supporting local produce. Ben’s honey is the most amazing tasting honey!!!!Love that he uses glass jars and recyclable cardboard on the candles.The hive is unique and always swinging past to stock.The best part is that BEN is an absolute legend!!!!!!

We had a problem with a large bee try to make nest behind our brick wall. Ben answer phone very quick and send Ash and her team came out in the same day.They were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend also they give us a jar of honey for gift.We try today and love it.Thank you for help us.We definite visit your shop.

The lovely Ash came yesterday to a neighbours house to remove a paper wasp nest. Our neighbour then asked her if she’d like another job as we’d called a different company to remove our European wasps nest a few weeks earlier but they were useless & the nest was still active. Within 15 minutes Ash had sprayed our nest & removed most of it and today, we only have the odd straggler hanging around! Amazing service, Ash was so friendly & knowledgeable and didn’t charge any extra to visit our house too! Thanks Ash, highly recommend your service

Wonderful earthy flavour . Honey is the real deal. Massive taste difference from the supermarket. Honesty box system is pretty cool too. You can buy beeswax too . Thanks buddy !

Fantastic, friendly service. Ben wrote back to my husband straight away when he got in contact with him. Ash came over the next day and was very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job getting rid of a wasp nest in our wall cavity. We were even given a jar of the most delicious honey that they make themselves (which we will be buying in future!) Highly recommend this business!
