Smiggle Hornsby

We visited the Smiggle Store at Hornsby around 12pm today. We noticed that the lady behind the counter wasn't very helpful or welcoming. On two occasions, she stood there simply staring at my daughter and myself, instead of approaching us and asking if she could help with anything. We were there for quite awhile, as our daughter had some trouble deciding what she wanted to get. We had the same experience in store with this same lady the last time we visited as well, which was fairly recently. She wasn't all that welcoming. When asked about the advertised offer, she didn't explain to us how it worked very well either, you would think that she would be the one informing customers of any offers, so they are aware. We hope that this feedback would be useful in some way, as your slogan reads Where a smile meets a giggle"!!"

Great service despite being busy. My gift card had expired so the staff member rang IT so I could still redeem it. Lovely .
