After a failure attempting to deliver notification ( haven’t received a collection notification) I went in anyway to collect my parcel at 4:57pm on Wednesday, the staff went above and beyond, he said the delivery driver dropped off the undelivered parcels, haven’t been scanned but he’ll look for it. Got my parcels and left the place happily within 10mins! Thank you!

Went for a passport photo service and was told he can't send digital image email as they don't do it at the end after payment.Turned out it's standard for Auspost to send an email with the digital photo or they redo it at no cost as per the website.Went back after few hours to get him to email and he then said he has deleted the images already. Will now need to go back again to click a new photo and get that emailed. Pathetic way of being lazy and misleading customers and wasting their time

Open Saturday mornings!This Auspost crew are knowledgeable about their services and you never wait long here. Only issue you'll find is that finding parking on a school day will leave you driving in circles for hours.
