Good amount of stock and friendly staff. Decided to buy a carry on bag they have all the airline standard sizes and it's good sometimes to try the bag out in a store rather than order online. Heaps of parking space.

Great service and a wide selection of quality baggage. I visited here twice, both times not actually making a purchase and the staff were super helpful both times. Will go back once I need to purchase a bag.

Huge range of brands at discounted prices. Likely the biggest bag & luggage store in Canberra.Friendly and helpful staff. Well located in Fyshwick with a conveniently large car park.Got an Antler cabin luggage at 70% discount. This item is backed by a 10 year warranty in Australia and internationally.This is the place we’d go for anything luggage.

Decent selection of bags, they do seem to have their allegiances though so if you want to compare all the brands you'll have to go to a few different shops. None the less, I found exactly what i was after and at a very competitive price. Staff were friendly and patient as i looked around checking out every bag that came close to meeting my needs. Personally it's the best bag store I've been to in Canberra.

What a joke! I paid 25 dollars for express shipping and my order took over a week and a half to arrive. Then my bag came with the logo upside down! Also I sent them quite a few emails that they didn't bother to respond to! Not shopping with bags to go again!
