I completely agree with the other negative review. Poor quality study materials, slow communication, useless IT support, limited library resources. ACN’s offering is absolutely not comparable to a graduate certificate course from an actual university, is overpriced, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Interesting electives that are not offered anywhere else, friendly onboarding staff, but that’s where the goods ends. Study contents are riddled with inconsistencies and spelling mistakes, references and data used are very dated. Yet if you use any of the same dated literature you’ll be heavily penalised. Tedious way contents are delivered failing to promote or excite learning. Unclear assessment requirements, incohesive criterias. Single lane background tutors who do not appreciate the wide scope of nursing backgrounds out there, for eg. Tutors with only acute background assessing community nurses/subjects, and vice versa. Poor administration team system, I had to contact department each time to chase down invoice, so that I can pay. Admin staff do not communicate clearly over phone every time I do call. All in all would not recommend for postgraduate studies.
