I was a walk in client i was not completely happy with the cut when I left i found longer bits of hair that I had to cut myself and I had to ask for a blow wave to get an idea how my cut looked with it styled. Got charged $33.00 dollars for a service that I believe was only worth $20.00

The best and friendliest hairsalon l have ever been to. George is one of my favourite hairdresser he always cuts and styles my hair the way l want it, very gently and smooth which l have never seen that fom any other hairdresser l had been too. The girls are very friendly as well as George and they are all top hairdressers. Hair in Preston the Best Hair Salon in Melbourne and Vic.

I have used this business for 20 + years. I have had nearly all of the hairdressers cut and colour my hair. There has been a lot of changes over the years, to the shop and with personnel. They have all been professional and friendly and I am always happy with the job done when I leave, and happy too, with the cost. I have recommended others and they too have now switched hairdressers. Hair in Preston has been in business for so long because people love the way they are treated and the service speaks for itself.

Went for a cut, asked if they could do a concave bob. Asked for it to be stepped. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't good. Not stepped, doesn't fall in to place as it should Hairdresser's cousin came in towards the end and she rushed the cut and left my hair half wet because she just wanted to deal with her cousin. They are cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Won't go back.

Went 2 weeks ago for trim thought give another chance will be last time I go girl (she had black girly hair) did not wet the hair did a dry cut was arushed cut and it's uneven I have been a loyal customer many years time to go somewhere else the girl is not experienced I complain last time seems she didn't get the message to busy talking to other people instead of doing hair professionally
