As a buyer from another state, purchasing our first investment property, sight unseen, we could not recommend Joel Cuman and Claire Cocks any higher, 5 stars is not enough. From start to finish Joel went above and beyond. Every step of the way, all requests and questions were dealt with promptly and professionally, nothing seemed out of their scope to assist with.
