Expensive and dont pickup. How do they expect people to roll a 3.5 m by 4.5 m rug up and put it in the car and bring to them.

We recently had two of our rugs cleaned by this company and both came up very well. Gavin (the customer rep) was friendly, well informed, thorough and his communication was very good (including answering our questions). Our rugs look and smell (no thanks to the dogs) much better and we are very happy with the service we received.
