Awesome Coles. Big and organized, it’s pretty rare that supermarket like Coles can put their groceries on the shelves so neatly.The aisles are really wide compared to the other ones. Which is great for relaxing shopping experience.

Was in Coles at Richmond today. A elderly lady on a walking frame who was vision impaired went to the 12 items or less (who did have more than 12 items on, and in, her walking frame), was sent away by the cashier. All other lanes had 2 to 3 full trolleys waiting. Coles, either open up more cash registers or when elderly people present with more than 12 items, just serve them. Then a young bloke, with more than 12 items, was asked by a young female who was supervising the self serve area, to head down to the express lane. This fellow was standing behind the elderly lady in the normal checkout lanes!!!

I am so over the new self serve conveyer belt set up at Coles. Takes forever to get out of the store, people double scan, can't find the barcode, use several different types of payment methods, the staff seem to be running from check out to check out and while this is also happening my ice cream is melting.Have decided to shop elsewhere!

Never enough staff at the checkouts these days, lots of customers lined up with the waiting period to be served is just ridiculous.

Everything A-Z grocery shopping. Baker’s Delight opposite but don’t shop there ~ the new owner doesn’t know what hand hygiene is and picks everything up with his hands rather than using tongs etc..

It's a very busy store, but I have always been able to seek assistance in finding those elusive (invisible to me) products that I need. The team in the Bakery are fantastic, and the range includes breads that I am unable to find in larger stores.

The staff stocking shelves were rude. The store manager was incredibly arrogant and seemed to care more about telling the staff to work harder than helping out customers.

Terrible customer services. I had such a rude staff person, both myself and woman behind me were disgusted with her behavior.Staff need to be taught common manners and customer service.

Worst Coles in Sydney. Always have to wait a long time to be served. Save the drama and go to Woolies
