Rebecca and Adam are highly recommended. They helped us get a great interest rate on our loan, helped us work through the many administrative hurdle, were responsive to my many queries and gave us great support and guidance.

Kelly Cox and APF were great to begin with but quickly became obvious through their other clients that they only sign clients up to banks that yield the highest commission and then forget about you while collecting a commission on your behalf. When I asked why they weren't ensuring I was getting the best rate I was advised that they are too busy to always look after me. Kelly then said it was my responsibility to talk to my bank that she signed me up with. I asked for Kelly to get me the figures to refinance my home loan and she has since refused to fulfill her obligations yet still collect a commission for signing me up, criminal conduct has been raised with the appropriate authorities. Save yourself a nightmare and go elsewhere.

Awesome service and advice. We approached APF in Dec after using them 12 years ago for our first property purchase. We were now looking into seeing what requirements we would need as a sole trader to try and purchase our first investment property later in the year. Greg said he would look into it as we might not have to wait for another tax return and he was right. We had pre-approval within days, had a signed contract on a house within a month and we settled on our investment property in February. Adam was available to call and ask any questions on the contract process during the Xmas/ New Year break even though the office was on break and made the whole process easy and made us feel at ease.
