I had gone to both this and the one in Liverpool. I was charged $98 for a pair of acrylics French tips with no extra designs. The price is ABSOLUTLEY crazy. The lady had originally told me $60 and then charged me $98. That nails looked pretty good, but definitely not worth it. The lady next to me had gotten a pretty simple design but was charged $105

Wow. I used to be a regular customer for many years but today after what they have done to my eyes it will be the last time I step foot in this shop. I went in for nail acrylics and eyelash extension. The nails were okay although they cut my finger with the tools. The eyelash glue were burning throughout the whole procedure and my eyes were stinging and very sore. The tapes were put on my eyelids in a position which allowed more and more of the glue to get in my eyes. Hours later my eyes are still in so much pain, red and stinging. I have gone to the doctor and been prescribed antibiotic eye drops. This should not be happening. God knows what type of glue they are using and whether or not this is actual eyelash glue or some very cheap substance. All I can say is I have never experienced anything like it. I would not recommend this place especially for eyelash extensions unless you want to be making a trip to the doctor right after. I have attached photos of the outcome.

Went there 2 days ago to get my lashes, toes and nails done. My nails look absolutely horrible. I showed the lady an inspo pic and she did the complete opposite. They look absolutely disgusting. As for my lashes they were only done 2 days ago and are already falling out. My eyes are very sore and puffy. When the lady was doing my lashes I kept saying my eyes were burning and watering heaps and she told me that was completely normal! My cousin also came with me to get her nails done, she wanted plain white infill. She’s come home with crooked, sore and lumpy nails. Not happy at all. DO NOT recommend.

Always very happy with the service provided, I'm very picky with my nails and I am always very happy with them , the staff are amazing and friendly ,My eyelashes are also fantastic and don't fall out like other places !Over all a 100% happyness for this place

i got my nails done 2 weeks ago but they’re awful, first, the nails themselves were very uneven some there wide. some were skinny and they were all different lengths, i asked for normal polish but the guy made me do gel instead, the colour was nothing like the bottle so he went over it with normal polish after he filed half of it off on one thumb, then he didn’t put topcoat on and he was very violent with the nail files, burned my fingers :/ i’m the end i paid $50 for these burdens

HORRIBLE!!! Worst nail salon ever! They charged us extra for a manicure that we didn't get. my nails are lifting and looks like its gonna fly off. WAYYYYY OVERPRICED. did a horrible clean on the manicures and pedicure. They also made one of my party pay extra for a full set because they considered there nails to be WAYYY TO LONG" when they just wanted it to be sns (coloured) and that's it. never again. beware!!!!!!!"

I found this place too overpriced for the quality of work they provide. My Pedicure wasn’t neat. Finger nails came out all wonky even after me pointing them out during the service, she said ‘don’t worry i’ll file it’. But in the end they still weren’t straight.

I went in today to do LASH EXTENSIONS. Never in my life have I come out of a salon fuming. The lady that done my eyes was not PROFESSIONAL at all. My eye got teary and instead of ripping the tape to start over. She continued and put so much discomfort in my eyes. After moving away I told her to stop as my eye was actually burning. I didn’t wanna continue but she kept saying “only little bit left”. I could not wait for it to finish.After she told me it’s finished I could still fill burning this was at 2pm it’s now 6pm and it’s still burning l. I told her that I wanna speak to the manager she said she was the manager l. She bought over a man and without letting me give feedback on what happened he said he was going to call security l. I asked him what for he said u go bye eye drops. NEVER EVER HAVE I GOT LASHES DONE AND THAN TOLD TO GO BUY EYEDROPS. I was so angry and upset how they didn’t wanna listen but result to BUY EYEDROPS and CALL SECURITY. I’m happy to pay for whatever service I go in for BUT I DIDNT PAY FOR EYES TO BURN NOR BUY EYEDROPS. Lesson learned never go to a place that does half a job and not try and help resolve the issue. NO STAR RATED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

horror house of a nail salon. Dont come here if you dont want to walk out with lumpy nails and bleeding cuticles. Incredibly unhygienic, they literally share tools on customers back to back. Will attempt to overcharge you and if that doesnt work they will butcher your nails. HORRIBLE customer service. Walk right past, go somewhere else. Wont be open for long, authorities have been notified.

Came in for Eye lash extensions. Asked for the natural thin wing eye look. They said ok. Kept eyes shut the whole session and girl still managed to get glue in my right eye. Very painful & she kept rubbing it in. Is it normal to put masking tape on eye lids to position it? Like a lot of tape. Felt uncomfortable the whole session. End result: lashes just looked caked on with too much glue. Girl was not willing to fix. Cashier said that it's the first time
