What a great experience. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the staff are just excellent. Dr Kyu Hee Kim was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Her bedside manner is second to none. Fantastic communication skills discussing all options diligently. She was so supportive and checked in often with my daughter as she worked. Highly recommend.

Dr Ryan was amazing today. Very professional and gentle. I was a bit anxious about having a new appointment with him as Dr Bassiouny wasn't available but it was an amazing visit. Would definitely recommend and book again.

I had a great experience with the dentist and the whole staff in general. when I first entered they were welcoming and friendly. The receptionist was amazing and explained me everything that needed to know being a new patient. it fits all your needs for a visit and would highly recommend.

It was my first time at this dentist and the staff all made me feel very comfortable, and we’re very welcoming. All procedures were done efficiently and painlessly and Ryan explained what he was doing and why, which helped my understanding and helped me feel comfortable.Will be going back!

Dr Prab Kaur is just fantastic! I highly recommend seeing her for all your dental needs. She is very knowledgeable and so polite and caring. Kate, the dental nurse was fantastic as well! Overall 10/10!!!

Today I had a tooth extracted. Felt very welcomed from the first phone call. Price was completely reasonable and fair for weekend emergency work and the dentists were extremely professional and friendly. For something that could be a traumatic experience it turned out to be a pain free and stress free experience for me. Would definitely recommend and i will be going back.

Dr. Amr Bassiouny was very personable, professional and was very gentle. He made a complex procedure as stress-free and painless as possible. I'm glad I was referred to him by another trusted doctor.The receptionist (sorry forgot her name) is a wonderful lady, supportive with good customer service and has a nice sense of humour.Finally, they have plenty of easy and free parking.

A wonderful, affordable dentist clinic, we have been coming here for years. Dr. Prab is a fantastic clinician, who is incredibly competent, skilled and kind to her patients. She is great for children and always makes them feel comfortable at the dentist. Belinda is a great receptionist/admin who is friendly and supportive of patients. Bonus is that primary do 25% off for emergency services personnel.
