Customer service was shocking. Will never take my dog or recommend this place to anyone. There are much better Groomers in Concord/North Strathfield than this place.

Petite Poodle Parlour
We have been taking our 13 year old Spoodle here regularly since she was a pup. The owner does a great job whether our dog has matted fur at the end of winter or just needs a clip in mid summer. She cares deeply for the dogs she grooms and will let you know if she thinks you need to brush your dog more frequently! Her care for our dog has earned our trust over the years, even though she can appear brusque at times. I won't go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service, the lady serving us was very unprofessional and to be honest she seemed to have little to no experience with professional grooming only forcing into on extremely short electric razor cut. we were not informed of the options and thus wasted over an hour travelling to and from. DO NOT come here, look elsewhere.

Used to take my dog here. When I was picking up my dog I noticed she sprayed a barking dog in the face with water. Appalling customer service.

My dog is clean, however the groom was not quite what I wanted but That's fine. However, the lady at the desk does lack any customer service skills. Paid 70.

We took our dog Daisy there for a wash,groom & shave about 10 months ago, extremely happy with the result will be coming back once covid restrictions ease.

Iv been going here for 6 yrs. My dog is very old and difficult to groom. This lady is highly experienced 25 yrs. And is kind to my dog. I dont go to inexperienced as my dog is difficult and i want best care for my dog. You cant beat experienced, regardless.

EXTREMELY unprofessional lady answering the phones! Rude and clearly had zero experience in trimming dogs. Don’t recommend!
