Sunday morning my family went in to buy an akubra hat, we stood at the hats for at least 10 min before i had to walk over to the counter to get someone to acknowledge us. There were not that many customers in the shop at the time and a there were quite a few staff members working and not 1 came to ask if we needed help.When we approached the counter the lady that served us was not very pleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable and that she wasn't really interested in helping us. My husband bought the hat reluctantly as i wasn't sure if ordering from online somewhere else he would get it in time for his birthday. So he bought the only hat they had in his size as we were told very rudely the hats order would be a 6 month wait.I will never buy from this shop ever again and i hope that the lady that served me on Sunday morning goes to learn how to treat customers.Very rude and unhelpful, very unhappy customer!

Staff have improved so much here since the new manager started. I had stopped going there due to staff attitude. Always great service, bargains and a huge range of stock...even for dogs now.

Excellent service. Went there for a pair of boots which we were unable to get in Tamworth after visiting several stores there. They had a good variety and plenty of sizes. The girl who served us was very helpful and knew what she was doing.

Love this place. Have everything you need .can be a bit pricey but totally worth the convenience of having everything in the one store. Always helpful and knowledgeable.look out for their sales.

Very helpful staff. They even stayed late to help me get everything I wanted. They were very kind and knowledgeable about their stock as well. The were recommended by a local stable owner and I was not disappointed!
