Disappointed to use google for closing times for today. 2/3 to find that it’s only 2:30pm and you’ve packed up for the day dispite your closing time of 4pm displayed at your store and your google page.Yes I did ask if you were closed for all 3 staff members to say ‘yes’.I’m disappointed and understand you may not have been busy today, can I suggest that management look at your google page and make an edit..... to show that your opening hours may vary on Saturdays due to trade?.

Very Dissaointing. My partner came home with the complete opposite of what she wanted. They don't listen and too busy cramming as many customers in as possible.. Rushing and doing a bad job

Just got a terrible haircut from someone who couldn't even bother to get the back of my hair even, WITH CLIPPERS!! This was the worst haircut I have ever had, and I felt seriously embarrassed about it.I have only ever had great experiences at the City Centre Plaza store but this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I had to go and get it touched up somewhere else and even the girl there noted it was as uneven as all f__k.I thought Statix employed better hairdressers than this but I will stick with the angels at the Rocky store from now on.

The lady cut my fringe uneven, and they didn't use any kind of heat protector when curling my hair! Charged me $75.
