My delivery address is 7.5km from the depot and they wouldn't deliver. Had to pick the parcel up from them. A delivery company that doesn't deliver. Would not recommend.

More like Can't Do"Won't deliver to my address 12km from depot.Just paid $140 delivery fee for parcel from US (Amazon) and had to pick it up myself .... not the 1st time.They blamed TNT ?Every other courier company we have used delivers to the door."

They accept jobs from TNT for areas they don't actually deliver to. So i pay for a courier to my place of work, and then have a 90min round trip to drive to their depot to collect it. We are apparently 10mins out of their delivery zone. At least 2 other courier services deliver to our address. Puzzling and frustrating. They make no apologies or accept no responsibility for accepting jobs they have no intention of delivering.

Last week we received our package of paper packaging so soaked in water that when I turned it over the box fell apart. When I asked the driver he repeated to me 3x You can either accept the delivery or not" . ...then he walked off. This week I get a call that I have to come to them to pick up my box. The girl picks up my very large box of glass vases and the bottom of the box has been sliced open. We stop her immediately and put the box down to check it and she just walks off.... My suggestion to anyone planning to use Kandu

Please ask your drivers to give plenty of clearance to cyclists. One of your trucks just came very close with no excuse. With the rail trail, cyclists will be major tourist spenders and road users need to respect them. Thanks.

Lovely female staff in the lead-up. However the large fella I had contact with today on pick up was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Dumped two large parcels (electric bikes) in the lane, refused to give me a hand to put in the van, begrudgingly cut the tape to separate the parcels and yelled at me to take the pallet with me. Customer service zero. Assistance zero. I’ll never use this company again. Can’t do.

Not very helpful or friendly staff. Not a local distributor as they advertise, don't drop off local to reserve creek all of a sudden. Paying for delivery when you have to pick it up from these guys ultimately... not happy

The most efficient and professional service. Chris went over and beyond to retrieve and deliver my laptop to me. Exceptional service. I highly recommend Kandu Deliveries to anyone requiring goods to be transported. Would definitely use their service again.
