It got the job done but it is definitely not the calming relaxed experience I was expecting.Or maybe I just got the wrong person. Should have booked Karla, just read the review, she seems to be the one gets most compliments.Oh well, it's only $130, I got my hair washed, cut and curled and I will be doing this in 3 days. So first world problem. So be it.

My first visit at this Salon, today. Nas & Noor looked after me. This place gets my very strong recommendation. The staff are fabulous, the service is outstanding, the quality of treatment is highly professional. Top marks!

Great experience at Luxe Chatswood! I have a back injury & they always look after me with an extra cushion, filling my hot water bottle & making sure I'm comfortable.Noor washed my hair & gave me such a lovely scalp massage while I enjoyed the recliner chair.Patrick always gives me an excellent cut & is mindful of exactly how much I'm happy to trim. He gives the best 'bouncy' blow dry too.Always an outstanding experience from the reception team as well.Thank you Luxe team for your kindness, warmth & always welcoming me with such a great experience.

Nas is absolutely the best hair stylist I know in Sydney! She surprises me with her magical work every single time! She also did wonders with my mom’s hair when she was visiting! So kind and professional. I have recommended her to everyone I know!

I had a lot of unwanted warmth in my hair after two failed balayage attempts elsewhere…Adrianna brought back the creamy blonde I was wanting. I highly recommend her! Lovely salon…everyone is warm and friendly too!

Love, love, love Luxe!!! About a year ago I tried Erin for my haircut and colour and I haven’t looked back. I wanted a big change and she brought her own magic. Can not recommend enough. Love you guys keep it up!!

I had the best experience at Lux concept Chatswood yesterday. I walked in not very confident and worried about my hair. My hairdresser changed this completely from the moment I walked in and made me feel instantly confident and welcome. She did the most terrific job and made sure I loved how my hair looked from every detail. Would highly recommend xxx

I'd been blonde for over 15 years and was wanting a big change so decided to go copper. It was such a big change and my colourist Erin absolutely NAILED it! I showed her one photo of what I wanted and she got it spot on first try. She was so professional and knowledge and made me feel like I was in great hands so I didn't feel nervous at all. Front of house staff were also fantastic making sure I was comfortable and had a drink. Couldn't recommend Luxe more!
