Have been using Ian and Craig from BPG for a number of years now. They have done things from simple tap washers to kitchen and bathroom renovations and redesigns. They are brilliant. Customer service is their priority. Cant recommend them enough. Sadly only five stars I can rate at. Should be more!

Amazing service, came out afterhours to assess our broken hot water system, kept coming back to relight the pilot light so we had hot water while we waited for Rheem to come out and assess to see if it was covered under Warranty, turns out it wasn't, BPG had a brand new hot water system delivered that same day and installed the next morning. You don't get much better service than that.I couldn't possibly recommend these guys highly enough.
