Baylee is terrible. Does not listen to what you say and is extremely undermining. I would not recommend anyone try this agency to help you get a job.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are Migrant.The Aussie Staffs and receptionist are quite respectful, kind and very helpful, but the one new staff lady (not Aussie) she is terrible, she is not helping but just finding faults and trying to put you down. I felt that her stereotype, currupt attitude influence some of other staffs. I got stress, depression cuz of such terrible discrimination.This is my prayer that Australia keep maintain the good moral, and not influence by Satan's agents.God bless Australia!

Using throwaway account for privacy purposes.This place is the perfect example of extortion of taxpayers, through privatised job agencies. During 2017 after I just recently graduated university, I didn't have any success of securing a full time graduate job. I needed help with getting a full time job while working casually. Simply put the people working there only have one job which is by keeping people unemployed to get government funding.You will be treated less than a human and expendable, followed by false hope and lies. Unfortunately I was let go from my casual job after getting my wisdom teeth removed, and after recovering I secured another casual retail job, they insisted on signing paper work to say they got the job for me which I refused. They forged the paperwork with my signature and I was able to obtain evidence of this through the Freedom Of Information Act.Eventually down the line I was able to secure a full-time job and cut off all communication, unfortunately this experience of feeling vulnerable has left opened my eyes of 'f you, got mine' attitude and apathy towards other people in society, and I have learned that society is just survival of the fittest, so do me a favour don't apply for Centrelink, so that you still have some sense of normalcy left in you.

Never have had a client printer, you have to send all print jobs by email to the receptionist who then prints them for you - very laborious and annoying.

If you need support in getting work related stuff like fuel cards don’t bother with ESG as they are useless they also ring you up and tell you your appointment had been changed then text you and tell you your benefit has been suspended due to non attendance they also call you a fibber because there computer system doesn’t agree with you

Terrible communication with clients. My partner was given an appointment time of 10.30am with a day notice and so he called immediately to move it. He was told that the appointment was moved to 9.30am and that it could be done over the phone. When he called about his appointment on the day, he was told Carol (I believe) would get back to him and at 10 he called again and was told Carol was still with her 9.30 appointment. This was how we found out the appointment had not been moved and were still waiting at 11, past the original appointment time. I would never recommend here, you can see other reviews with worse experiences than ours too.

Staff does nothing and hard nosed your Facebook profile. They don’t know what to do. Bogans.

I had terrible experience with the agency, I got numerous double bookings, even bookings and phone calls during the lock down time for appointments. Baylee didn't even look at my profile and the attitude was very dismissive. I felt so sorry that the government is spending money on this agency.
