The worst experience we have. Doctor Sasaluck. No professionalism and no consideration towards patient. She is strongly after proving that the patient is wrong rather than listening to the patient. These kind of maniacs shouldn't be doctors. I wouldn't recommend anybody to visit this doctor.

Had very bad experience with Doctor Sasaluck Pakdeethai. She does not allow the patient to speak to understand the problem, rather tries to negate whatever we say. Her patient interaction and communication skills are pathetic. Even after charging high fees she disrespects the patient and looks down upon them, trying to prove whatever the patient is experiencing is irrelevant. It is waste of time and money to visit such doctors.

It's been almost 3 years since I've had root cancel retreatment on my front tooth by Dr Sass. The initial root canal was done poorly in the public system. The tooth was infected for years and I was very nervous/reluctant to have treatment due to traumatic experiences with dentists in my childhood. Dr Sass was reassuring and patient through the process and explained everything in great detail. She did a great job with the retreatment and it has given that teeth a few more years of life before needing potential dental implants. I am very thankful and highly recommend her service!
