Australia Post - Gold Coast Business Centre

I am beyond disgusted. I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered today. I tookthe day off so I could be there. The front door is open, there's no gates or dogs just two flights of stairs. Your driver couldn't be bothered climbing those stairs to deliver the parcel. I now have to wait until the parcel arrives at a post office to collect. To bad that I needed it tonight

Had a parcel to go urgently late in the afternoon. (4.45pm - busy AF at this facility)Dealt with 3x counter service officers. Absolute 1st class customer service from them all. Polite, pleasant and knowledgeable - all of them well spoken, smiling and efficient.Such an amazing contrast to the franchise outlets around here..

Paid for express parcel delivery. No notifications, no card, no second attempt at delivery, no compensation. Sent back to sender and insurance I paid for wont cover their mistake. Now have to pay for another parcel to send to the sender as they wont even acknowledge fault. Pointless.

I am seriously disgusted, paid for express post and my parcel has just been sitting at this place going no where. Don’t understand how this place is still running after all these bad reviews. If your parcel ever gets delivered to this facility goodluck getting anything on time or even at all…

Lazy postman. I was all day at home waiting for a parcel and instead to buzz my apartment he left a postcard with the description I wasn't there and to go to the post office from 4:30pm same day. I go at 4:30 and the parcel wasn't there.. The postman didn't drop my parcel there yet. The man at the counter told me to go back before 6 (closing time). I went back again at 5:50 and the parcel still not there. Such a waste of time. Clearly the postman is somebody who doesn't want to work and also really slow. You should train your staff member, at least put on the postcard another day or a realistic time I can find my stuff instead of waste people's time.

If I could rate a negative star, I would. Paid for a subscription to have all my items conveniently delivered to my place but I got notified instead that my items are stuck in this place as they attempted to deliver them but cannot access my house. I tried to clarify it through their customer help centre and they got the WORST customer service representative, Patrick, if ever you are reading this, you got to train more how to handle customer complaints and not tell them well

Shameful and terrible customer service. I needed to pick up a package that was at the facility which was supposed to be delivered to my house on that day. I actually desperately needed the parcel but was told they don't have the time to look for it. Totally unsympathetic to my plight. It's terrible when you are left feeling helpless and have to walk away knowing there is nothing you can do. The parcel was there, I needed it for that day and it meant nothing to them.

Ever since moving here every parcel ive ordered ive been home waiting and never ever arrives then i get a notice saying ‘attempted’ delivery. Im sitting right here waiting no one has bothered to buzz me i always have to go pick up my parcels without a car on foot, whats the point of delivery if they cant be bothered walking past the letterbox? What kind of post office opens at 9.30am and calls themselves a business hub? Didnt realise moving one suburb away was gonna be like i moved to buttf*#k nowhere….

Worst experience ever. I have all ways use my work name order things. I had my work name tag on me and my ID. But the guy said: you are two different persons, so can not give you the parcel!” The parcel only a bag of clothes ordered online.
