Let us make a booking but when we arrived on time they told us we had 4 minutes to order and 80% of the menu was unavailable. It was 8pm and they said they were closing at 11pm

I don’t know why they let us make a booking at 7:45pm if once we arrived, they told us we had 4 minutes to order and the grilled menu (which is their main specialty) was unavailable. A group of 11 people left to find somewhere to eat dinner, willing to take in this many people at such late notice, and on my Birthday. So disappointed and not even a single apology from any of the staff who were nonchalant and dismissive.
