Daughter bought item online. When found to be faulty was told to exchange in store. Get to store and was told, no, we don't stock here. Will need to come from online. Attendant was very helpful. What didn't help was old technology that kept timing out. Whole process took at least 20min and now have to wait for replacement

I purchased a set of Kitchen Aid frying pans online from Myers, expecting them to be non-stick as advertised. However, they turned out to be the complete opposite. When I called the store for assistance, the consultant told me to visit in person. Upon visiting, I encountered unhelpful staff. Three ladies at the store seemed more interested in lecturing me than providing any genuine assistance. They explained how to use the pans, insisted that I clean them properly because they were dirty

Bought a pair of EasyStep ankle boots today from Myers Maroochydore. Unfortunately I didn't get the young lady's name but I want to say what a great help she was and so cheerful.Nothing was too much trouble and went to a lot of effort to come up with the right shoes.

Enjoyed my visit to this Myer. Nice selection of clothing, spacious & modern. A little bit untidy in some areas, but it was a very busy day due to the wet weather. Nice staff & some great designer fashion labels in particular Forever New & Review

Myer is Myer. You generally know what you're going to get so the store was nice and well presented as per normal.Couldn't find a shirt in the place that fit my arm length so that's frustrating.

Great shop. So much choice and varied price points. Its sales are worth going to. The ladies' summer sale is on at the moment... April 23. Men's surf section could do with a few more brand choices. As I use an electric wheelchair, I am impressed with the width of isles. However, please can you not have displays randomly positioned in the isles.

Find that their prices were significantly higher compared to other department stores. However, they do offer some great deals at certain times, particularly during Christmas and special holidays. So, if you're in the market for some discounted items, it may be worth checking out during these times.

MYER is a great place to shop and has beautiful new dressing rooms that have lots of hooks and a great mirror and a door , so if it’s closed there is someone in there , much better than a curtain!The cafe is fantastic and has the yummiest food! Coffee is great!
