Usually very good, however today my eyebrows were made very very thin. When I informed the person providing the service that this was much thinner than usual, she told me it was the natural shape of my eyebrows and asked if I had ever had them done before. I would recommend telling the staff what you would like before hand, they don’t ask your preference, just lay you down and start.

Very disappointed with the outcome. They charged more than their advertised prices and took photos of me while my eyes were covered without my permission or acknowledgment. Eyebrows are so much darker than the light brown I asked for, practically black & so much darker than my hair. Lady left to get the phone in between lashes & while one set is perfect, one set looks un tinted completely. What are the photos for?

I received a full leg and Brazilian wax from Sharon at the Dubbo Square salon and am very pleased with the service and results I received. Sharon was quick, thorough and professional. The price was reasonable and the service was friendly. I will definitely be going back.

I had been going to orana threadz for 1 year to get lashes I was a loyal client and spent alot of money there. And I was 10mins late for an appt becuase i live 2hrs out of town and the flood waters where high and i got there and the lady had taken a walk in client and said i couldnt be done that day after i had driven 2 hrs to get there. Very unprofessional they werent understanding at all or helpful and didnt care for me as a client. They didnt even give me the curtisy to call and see how far away i was. They dont care about loyal customers.

Scheduled an appointment for 11:30am.Turned up at 11:25am to a be back in 30 minutes on the door.It is now 11:55am and there is no one at the shop to meet me for my “11:30 appointment”.Very poor service.
