If you haven't gone to Cycle Max before - do yourself a favour and check it out!Jose really knows his stuff and is excellent for all service and maintenance needs.When I recently needed a new bike I gave Jose a call. He priced matched the best deal I could find online (from 99 bikes) and had it ready to go in no time. An absolute legend.

meant to be a kid's bike service $59 but I was charged $84.95. When I picked up the bike I asked why rear brake is not still working properly?I was told that Do not use rear brake and use front brake instead because front brake is the most powerful."(Main reason I have my kid's bike serviced was a rear brake)Customers should have been informed and asked if Cycle Max needs to charge extra service fees. First time and will not go back."

Hubby wanted (needed!)) a new bike, we chatted to Jose about some of the options available and Jose was able to source the exact Merida Road bike that hubby wanted and even beat every other provider on price. (He also managed to sell hubby's old bike for an epic price at the same time!)

One day I had a flat tire nearby and ended up going here to fix it. Since then I always service my bike here and have never looked back. Best service you could hope for, the bike feels like new, always great, friendly service, professional advise and most importantly honest opinion. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

I usually wouldn’t leave a comment on Google but I believe Jose deserves one. Jose is amazingly experienced and friendly. After he serviced my S3, it felt like a brand new bike - smooth to ride with perfect gear shifting. He was upfront with all the costs, which is reasonable if not cheap!He also wouldn’t mind explaining into details of everything you want to know. Amazing guy to deal with! Highly recommended!!

Had my bike serviced by Jose this week, the whole experience cannot be described as anything other than exceptional.It reminds me of what it is like to shop local, from his bike knowledge to the extra time he takes to understand customer's needs was absolutely brilliant.Bike was serviced and turned around quickly, and its running silky smooth again. I rode away with a perfectly serviced bike, a bag of knowledge, and a big smile.Couldn't recommend Jose more! Top bloke!

I've been going to Cycle Max pretty much since it opened. Jose is VERY experienced. Pricing is very reasonable. Always does a great job. I even bought my current bike from him. Highly recommended for anything to do with bikes.
