Jaylee, Watching you work wonders has been an amazing experience for all of us. You took on the challenge of selling a parcel of Residential land for us, you calmed our nerves lol, and managed each and every little detail perfectly. The way you handled all matters for us so reassuringly and dilligently is something we will be forever grateful for. You left no stone unturned. It was a gutwrenching decision we had to make to let our land go after it had been in our family for over 70 years, you were so sensitive in your handling of each step as we came to it. .... then, to top it all off you achieved a sale for us which was far beyond our expectations... watching you at work on the deal was like watching a completely genuine ,confident and professional Business Woman at work, a master of your Trade so to speak. Extremely Disapointed with Jaylee Dixon and the team at Step Up Property. They allowed the tenants to vacate without an inspection.... leaving damage, rubbish and the property completely filthy. Their team of trademen are dishonest/ expensive and the agent fees are more than most (if not all) other agents in Bendigo.Jaylee had buyer interest in my house (the tenants) and undervalued it by $30-40,000.Step Up Properties taste in advertising, sums up their level of commitment and loyality to the landlord.... NONE!!In addition to Jaylees response....Firstly please be aware that after my initial review, Jaylee, within a week, had 5 tenants place 5 star reviews to displace mine, ill let you interpret that as you would like.I am dumbfounded by such loose and unsubstantiated allegations of abuse and inappropriate behaviour... all calls have been recorded between myself and Jaylee as Vic law permits.1. A final vacate inspection was done without the tenants and after they had moved out, the house was, in the words of the next tenant, absolutely disgusting and required days of cleaning. But Jaylee refused to chase up the tenants responsible and is still yet to respond, some 5 months later, about the rubbish dumped around my property.2. As a tradesmen myself, what rubbish!3. Certainly not a discount agency, but no reason was demonstrated as to why you would feel able to charge so much more than everyone else in Bendigo.4+5. Happy to provide you with the recording regarding your ridiculous appraisal of my property and asking me if I would consider selling.Jaylee also originally posted my full name on her review which constitutes a breach of my privacy as a landlord.Again beware of this company and seek consultation from other local agents before proceeding, as a landlord, with Jaylee of Step Up Property.
