Very friendly staff, clean rooms. I do wish the Loft setup was communicated better though. Be aware the smaller room type is a loft above another room, which shares the same number as you.

Absolutely beautiful area. But when we found our room we weren't happy. We had to climb 2 stairs, very steep to get into the room. Very hard carrying luggage and very slippery and moss and dirty tiles. The bathroom toilet brush was filthy. Microwave was filthy. Cupboards way too high to reach. I'm 5ft6 and couldn't reach. I feel what we payed was mostly for the view and area. Close to scenic lookouts. The room was not 4 and half star.

Beautiful and clean. King size bed were very comfortable.Bring some bath bombs and wine for a relaxing night.Staff are very friendly & helpful.Definitely recommend the under cliff walk to the falls.

Serene and peaceful ! The loft apartment was spacious (for a couple), clean and comfortable! The views from both balconies were breathtaking! The staff was friendly and helpful! Very close to Wentworth falls lookout! Wish we had more time there!

Very well equipped, spacious apartment with fireplace and spa adding comfort and luxury. Very relaxing in a quiet, green area. Only drawback is some furniture is a bit outdated eg couch, dining chairs and could do with a bit of touch up. Otherwise enjoyed the stay and will happily stay again!

Aaron at Suttos was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He had all the time it took to get me up to speed on my purchase options even for stuff they didn’t sell. The service at Suttos is clearly a high level and Aaron has true integrity and I’ll be back when I want my next ktm or gasgas!

Nice, cozy, peaceful ambiance with balconies at front and back. Very close to nearby attractions and towns. Sam and Jess who work at the retreat have excellent customer service and attend to queries promptly. A few things I wish I knew before making the booking, we stayed at the loft which meant stairs (steep) to the top, carrying luggage was a struggle. Kitchen cupboards were way too high, inviting people to use chairs to get utensils which isn't ideal/safe to do. Access to the shower was via climbing into the Jacuzzi which was high. There were stairs and a hand rail but if you have accessibility needs you it may be a mission to get in and out. General cleanliness of the place was good, only thing was that the microwave was quite dirty and some cutlery were not washed prior to our use.

The stay was not pleasant during the end of it. One of the cleaners a young bloke was trying to open our room up without knocking, I was half naked and it scared me it was disgusting, my fiancé went down and told the Asian lady in the office about it her response was “he is new” it doesn’t matter it’s common sense to not open the door without knocking etc. the Asian lady was so unprofessional about it all and not at all understanding our situation. and also we got told off the young boy that our room would be fully serviced fresh towels, bed made, more soap etc. we came back at 11pm that night and nothing was cleaned bed messy, no fresh soap, no towels etc. also they need to renew there cleaners, the asian lady said no we don’t clean the rooms only for long stay yet we stayed there for 3 days?there is cobwebs in the room, spiders, caterpillars crawling around it’s actually disgusting. The overall stay was 1 star honestly will not be staying back and not be recommending this to any of our friends.

I have to admit, I was pretty disappointed after paying $511 per night for three nights.First of all, the front door doesn't lock. You can't secure it from the outside when you leave the premises. To lock it from the inside you need to pull with so much pressure that the door handle will probably come off eventually.The furniture is dated. 1980's dated. I remember this stuff in my grandparents place and I'm nearly 50 years old. Some of it is so worn, it should've been binned a long time ago.The TV's don't work. The remotes done't work.There's no cleaning fluid to wash dishes or to use in the dishwasher.A lot of mould in the bathrooms, cracked tiles and water damage.The carpet is stained and lifting up in several areas.This was certainly not worth the money we paid and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.The only reason it got 2 stars was because it's close to everything but far away enough to be quiet and reasonably peaceful.
