I even should not give 1 star ! but i had not option !as who the other person said :Your phone system is a complete fail, It just sent me round and around in circles. I Just need a new medicare card as mine has expired and can't get any help with this phone system. DISGRACEFUL !Had to go there in person.. Glad I have a licence. You need to make it easier for people, not stressful !

Disgraceful ! Just answer the phone so i can actually get real help. Your phone system is a complete fail, It just sent me round and around in circles. I Just need a new medicare card as mine has expired and can't get any help with this phone system. DISGRACEFUL !Had to go there in person.. Glad I have a licence. Seriously understaffed-most of the staff I have dealt with have been fine, it's not their fault that for gross cutbacks and amalgamations of governement services. The waiting times and lack of support are unacceptable. Our taxes should be paying for decent social services for those in need NOT for corprate tax breaks, F-35 Joint Strike Fighters and wasteful union royal commissions.
