Got a hair cut from here, lady was lovely and cut was ok, took about 30 minutes. Went again for a trim, different lady. Charged me the same amount for 10 minutes job and was very rude. Had another friend with same feedback that one of the two ladies is very rude so depends which one you get!

Just got my haircut done, 1/12/22 late night shopping by the man on shift. Had no interest or passion in his work / job. For a moment it felt like one of the city pop up stores that charge $10 and don’t care about customers. Would NOT recommend!!

Terrible hairdresser. Waited for 30 minutes and had no acknowledgement. Have 5 lady hair dressers, who only cut ladies hair. Men had to wait a massive amount of time for one male hairdresser. Who is massively under the pumpTerrible place. Avoid. Especially if your a man.

I went to these guys to get hair colouring & highlights done. They did a horrible job, I don’t recommend this place at all, if you don’t wanna be disappointed avoid this place.

Airport West shopping centre branch.Absolutely buchered my hair cut by the big male that works there. Took a chunk out above my ear back to the skin, asked for a number 6 except for the back which was uneven & looked absolutely shocking, the rest was uneven, one side longer than the other, just butchered my hair cut & i will never ever go back there again. Only gave it 1 star because wouldn't let me post this without a rating.

Horrible service and cuts my son has the most crooked cut and i paid 30 dollars. I may aswell have cut it myself and saved the money

Terrible experience. Do not go there. Yes I know it’s budget but you would expect the hairdresser to care about your hair somewhat and actually listen. Cut my hair 95% with clippers in 3 minutes and cut it far too short without asking.He couldn’t wait to get me finishing so he could go home. I shouldn’t have paid but did.Never going near the place again.
