If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Variety is great however today I went to the store to pick up an order and the manager was so incredibly rude. I ordered a book and was called 3 times and each time I came in, nobody could find the book, the second time, the representative was lovely and bent over backwards to help me. Today when I went, the way I was treated by the Manager was disgusting. I'd love for somebody to explain to me what the difference is between a hold and an order. I'd imagine that the order would come in and then it would be on hold? This was their whole argument. I will not shop here again nor will I recommend the store to others.

Staff excellent. Bought The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins, a classic book. Going to order new book in hardcover The Old Testament An Atheist handbook volume one just published in July 2022

Amazing customer service! After searching Southland for the book I wanted that came out that day and not being able to find it or being told it wasn’t unboxed yet, the girls went thru the boxes to find me a copy and I could have cried coz I really needed the win that day.

Well I'm a bibliophile so book stores are my nirvana! QBD have a huge range of books at cheaper prices then many of their competition and good place to check out for gifts too. Brought some kids books, marked down to $2, because covers were slightly damaged, but I couldn't really see, so no way an issue for a 6 and 7 year old! Also brought some glow in the dark stars for putting on the ceiling, $10.

QBD Books has always been my favourite store of being there browsing through the books in their neat & tidy aisles ....,The range of books is very widely found there & it is a very relaxing atmosphere....
