They don't sell stuff - they provide solutions! Needed a replacement part for an obsolete toilet suite (manufacturer closed some years ago.) Cannot tell you how much effort these guys (especially Rob) put into finding a solution for me. Rob searched high and low across their suppliers and, after I'd given up hope of finding a solution, finally found a suitable replacement, placed a special order for me and saved my sanity. My first port of call for any plumbing supplies, help or advice. Note: worth waiting if they're all with other customers.

A Godsend! These guys are fantastic. I had massive dramas at the start of the day, and zero by the end, all thanks to the professionalism of this team. Highly recommended.

I never thought I’d post a bad review for anyone, but my husband and I just walked out of this place having experienced the worst customer service in history. We were not acknowledged at all, we stood waiting for a man behind the counter to acknowledge us he didn’t even give us a second glance. A lady was assisting another couple for 10 minutes and when she finished with them she took another couple into an office. She could see we had been waiting for over 15 minutes and there was no one else on the floor, but she didn’t say a single word. She could’ve at least said “I’m sorry but this couple had an appointment did you have a question”- nope, literally nothing. I walked out of here so furious, I can’t believe this level of customer service exists.

What a great help the staff at Benton's were. They gave me great advice about my leaking shower and looked after me with price. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Customer service was very poor.I was abused after returning a damaged good then was advised there is a restocking fee for returning.So called mgr was not a person I would like to deal with as he abused me and would not negotiate at all then shoved me after I requested a breakdown of the goods I returned.Will never step into that store again and will advise family, friends and my builder never to step into Benton’s Thomastown

Went to Bunnings wanted 2 saddles would have to buy pack of 12 for around $12+. Went to Benton's sold me 2 for $2 no problem couldn't be more helpful.
