A big thanks to Greg for calling me back today, even though I didn't leave a message. I called to ask him to repair a broken chain on a roller blind. Although he was more than happy to repair it, he offered advice on how to fix it myself. It took me less than a minute to fix and cost $3. I really appreciate his helpful, friendly advice and would totally recommend him. Thanks again.

Matt from Reblind came out to quote then do a new blind for my elderly parents at their retirement village. I can't recommend him highly enough ... he was so obliging and helpful - nothing was too much bother for him. Rare to get such customer service today. Thank you Matt ... Mum and Dad are stoked with their new blind and said you're welcome for a cuppa any day!!!
