Bad service and quality. Had good experience with AAA fencing previously, but now the service is not good at all. Wrote an email, sent a picture and told them I am not satisfied with their service, they didn’t even reply.

do not recommend didnt do job properly then insisted on payment. i wanted job fixed before i paid remains... they stay 1 thing then call months later saying still outstanding and never fix job. very unprofessional

What a great finished result. A bit lacking in communication, however there was a change over in the office booking staff. I found the initial contact with the onsite quote was great. I was quoted by another company 3x the price with no want to quote in person. This company did actually take the time. Overall very very happy with the finish and quality of finsh. Highly recommended for a great end result!

Would have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.The two timber side gates we orders with side timber panels... the timber slats were rough cut at different lengths and not straight.Filler was used to try and fill some of the larger (up to 1 cm) short timber gaps.Also, the spacing between different slats varied from over 1cm down to1mm!When I complained, it took without success five broken promises to come and fix, and then the gates were suddenly removed just before Christmas without our knowledge.When we rang to find out when the gates would be returned ... more broken promises and when we next rang they were closed for the next three weeks. We have a small dog!Upon writing in mid-January when they returned that we would be taking the matter further, they were re-installed... still not perfect, but what can you do.

what can i say about aaa fencing. if you want a business that is unorganised and rude then these are your guys. got a double colourbond gate took 5 days and several times of contractor coming back as lock was not in stock. the owner was very rude on the phone as well. would never recommend these guys to anyone and am glad i only got a gate and am glad i do not have to deal with these guys again.

Very poor customer service. Finally got my fence. Would not recommend the company which is a shame because the contractor that finally came was nice. I am truly surprised this business is still running given the reviews and the customer service. Surely there must be other fencers out there who could start a business.The lack of care and then the oversight when sending an invoice for a job when it hadn’t been started let alone finished was appalling. No follow up customer service. On the times the work was supposed to happen and the contractor arrive I had to follow up. The amount time wasted waiting around for a contractor I should’ve billed you for my time. To be told a different story each time I rung up was just unprofessional. The only good thing about reading these reviews is at least I was not alone in the treatment or lack of customer service that was received.The owner replies back to my many requests, what a joke! I paid a deposit in November 2021 and my expectation was some form of communication as to when a contractor would be coming. I was so disappointed. The oversight of sending an invoice when the work hadn't been started was what really upset me for you not to apologise and rectify and no phone call the day before to confirm.

We engaged with AAA Fencing to complete two side gates which were poorly installed. Each piece of wood were different sizes and placed unevenly. We contacted AAA on multiple occasions to rectify the issues however, they have given us three seperate dates to reinstall the side gates and no one has attended the property to complete same. My partner and I have missed out on 3 days of wages due to no one showing up when it was promised someone would attend, absolutely disgusting. Last weekend 3 random men showed up at the property unannounced and took the side gates without consulting with us first. At this point AAA have failed to reinstall the side gates and continue to give us dodgy dates to have the ongoing problem rectified. We would not recommend using this company or the contractors they engage with as they are unprofessional, unreliable and liars. You get better customer service at McDonald’s!Customers beware and do yourself a favour and look for a reputable company to complete the job required.

So far not a great start to our fencing experience. Was booked in for a day and time and they didn't turn up, even though they were contacted the day before and confirmed they would be here. The arrival time came and went with no sign of them. Rang to enquire what was happening and was told that the materials hadn't arrived from Sydney.....surely they would've known this the previous day.Today they were meant to arrive at 7am as confirmed by phone yesterday. When no one had turned up by 8.30am called to see what was happening and was told that they would be here at 10am. By 11am they still hadn't arrived. Called again and was informed that they were finishing another job and would be here shortly.Finally arrived just after midday and lo and behold they can't go ahead as apparently the person who quoted forgot to include posts that were needed. Would like to clarify that it's not the contractor's fault as he was just going on the quote that was given to him.Because we have an elderly dog we need to be home when they are onsite so between my partner and I we have now lost at least 2 days of wages.Their communication to clients leaves a lot to be desired.So we continue to wait.......

We’ve just had a new colorbond back fence installed by AAA fencing contractors Aaron and Angus. These men have done a fantastic job. Our new fence looks great and they completed the job in less than 6 hours. Not only that but Aaron and Angus were very easy to deal with and I found them to be very knowledgeable. The rear boundary fence has been replaced in conditions that were not ideal for working outside, steep slope on one side and limited access at one end. AAA Fencing made it look like child's play in a professional, timely and courteous manner. We are very happy with the result. Great workmanship. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys if you require a replacement timber fence.
