This building has quite a bit of history behind it. 1909 it started off as the MTT Hackney Road Bus and Tram barn to house buses and Trams then later part of the building was demolished and the remaing part was converted to a Multi purpose function room ( Noel Lothian Hall ) it is registered under the State heritage trust but it is a absolutely fabulous building that is been beautifully restored and preserved to it's former glory.

The chairs were a bit uncomfortable, the building is still under partial construction but the location in the botanical gardens is beautiful and the food provided for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea was delicious.
