I believe the computer programming is either wrong or the picture relating to the product should reflect the product you will eventually get.I ordered a Right broom cupboard, the picture displayed the shelving on the left side with the open broom hanging space and door on the right, so I believed this to be the configuration I would receive. I adjusted the width, height and depth measurements and the position of the vertical centre panel and horizontal top shelf.When assembling the cupboard I realised the holes for the shelving were on the right side along with the holes for the door. I emailed Kyle who informed me I had ordered the shelving to be on the right. I requested he show me how I had done this as there is NOWHERE in the ordering system where you can select which side you want the shelving on.After a couple of emails back and forth, Kyle stopped replying to my emails and could not answer my question, How do you select which side you want the shelving on?"I also did not receive screws for the door hinges and the 120mm adjustable legs do not screw down to 120mm therefore there is a gap between the kickboard and the base of the cupboard."

There were a few areas that I found confusing and I was initially concerned that I couldn't find a phone number on their website. However, I sent off an enquiry and Justin called me the next day to help out with all my questions. Justin was very friendly and patient, he answered all my questions and now I feel much more confident to finish the process and order our flatpack kitchen and bathroom.Quality:We first made a small order for our ensuite and vanity cabinetry. Our order was delivered but the items were not covered on a wet day so the cabinetry got wet but luckily we dried it all carefully upon arrival to prevent swelling. Instructions for assembly are quite generic across different cabinets so we found what we thought were missing items but turned out to be for a different model or size. Overall the quality was good but without experience I can see how you could easily go wrong in assembly and worse damage the components. I've also heard that they use many manufacturers of varying degrees of quality so perhaps we got lucky.Service:This is not there core business so it's quite difficult to get help or a callback. Took us several attempts to get a callback re supposed missing parts or clarification of instructions.Price:The savings are debatable. We had a comparative quote done by a cabinet maker for our kitchen and the cost was a $1-2k higher using compatible componentry (e.g. Not blum) but included professional install and design advice.Overall:We enjoyed the process of designing and making our ensuite cabinetry and are very happy with the result but I could also see how it could have gone very wrong if we got the measurements slightly incorrect or for a multitude of other reasons. We plan to use a cabinet maker for our kitchen but will use GoFlatPacks again for smaller less complex jobs like our walk in wardrobe and laundry.

I would avoid this company at all costs.Ordered a Pantry from these guys amongst other things and here's what was wrong with the parts for the pantry:1 - Edging not done on some visible drawer frame.2 - Several holes missing on drawers, had to drill them myself.3 - Missing hinges part. I can't install the doors.4 - Drawer frame doesn't match what I've ordered. The ones they sent are in a cream colour looks like it comes straight from the 70s.I'd like this to be resolved asap
