This branch totally changed my thought to Centrelink. The staff from check in counter and enquiry counter are friendly and polite with smile. They are patient and experienced to answer all my questions, even check extra information for me. It’s my firsts pleasant experience being in Centrelink. Much appreciated.

Useless people. Called the hotline three times and got a different answer on a simple matter every single time. Was directed to the centre the last time and when I went there, I was first asked to book an appointment. And when it’s finally my turn, the person there had no idea what I was saying. Wondered what’s the point of even having a hotline or a centre if nobody knows what he/she is doing.

It was my first visit there. And to my experience, i was very satisfied with their service. I hardly rate something like this in Google but just wanted to mention the woman named Sharon was really helpful. Felt like i was just talking to a friend and helped me through my concerns. (Medicare concerns) I'm very much happy with their general services.

I think that people has sort of prejudice about government officer. Such as they must be nice, or they are citizen's servant therefore they must do whatever people ask..My experience, they are pretty kind enough and did their job properly. Perhaps, I was lucky to be served by good staff. :)The office has small issue, that there's no toilet for people, they inform people go to Westfiled Shoppincenter which is 2-3mins walk plus to cross 2-3 traffic lights. Very risky for disable people and people who visit with kids. To be improved.

Maybe I just got lucky but everything went smoothly and issue got resolved in 15 mins. Plenty of parking in alleys around this branch so just 1-2 mins walk. And I can’t praise enough for the assistance I received from Joe - he was friendly, patient, and know exactly what he is doing. I didn’t expect that level of service and needless to say I was very impressed.

Had such a good experience, the lady on reception was so helpful and kind and the lady who helped me with my issue was quick, professional and nice too. I really dreaded coming because govt is often a pain to deal with but they really have improved and their systems seem a lot more efficient, didn't need half the paperwork I brought, so that was great too. In and out in about 30 minutes.

Was with trepidation that I made an appointment to visit Centrelink Hornsby. All to no avail - arrived early, was seen early by Joe who sorted out the problems plus more, parking was easy. Very well organised and very professional. - Well done!
